Question What is this app that keeps sending me obscene mesages and how do I block it

This started happening yesterday. I went into notification settings and there is no app with that icon and I have not downloaded any new apps recently.

Welcome to Android Central! The next time you get a notification like that, long-press it, and then look at the expanded information -- the app that's responsible should be shown at the top of the window.
