Hi,
I have a Samsung S25. When I say OK Google it will not connect with my phone book to initiate a call when I am driving hands-free. It just says I don't understand. If I toggle the calls button on and off it will work for a short time. Text will work and everything is fine without being connected to Bluetooth. It worked fine for years and then stopped working. I'm assuming something happened during an update. Please advise.

try wiping the cache partition of the phone. see the following for the exact steps It will not mess with any apps nor affect any settings.

Thank you for the reply. I did wipe the cache and it will not let you wipe data. I've tried pretty much everything and I'm at a loss.

What else have you tried so we can avoid going over the same steps?

I moved this to the s25 Forums
