Bluetooth not pairing

I have a Motorola Moto E 1st Generation running kitkat 4.4.4. I had to do a factory reset, and now my bluetooth will not pair with the keyboard I bought for it. Or anything else.

Few tips which might help;

• Find bluetooth pairing app from Play Store.

• Restart you phone in Safe Mode.

• Try removing all other paired devices (if any).
