Bluetooth not working after update

My Samsung A12 got the most recent update yesterday and now my Bose BT earbuds wig-out and drop the signal if I walk more than 10 feet away from my phone. Before the update they worked like a champ and I could walk up to 100 feet away before the signal even started to get weak... Any ideas what is wrong or how to fix this? Every track, no matter what I listen to, is choppy and cuts out.
