Bluetooth phone audio keeps disconnecting

I recently bought a bluedio headphones and for some reason my phone calls does not go through the headphones. When I go to settings the "phone audio" is tucked however below that is says "use for phone audio". Only when I connect ,it immediately reads "Connected to phone audio" however after a few seconds it changes back to "use for phone audio". Is there any solution to this problem?

Are there any other nearby Bluetooth devices that might be competing for the connection?
