Bluetooth problem

I have a s4 and I'm trying to connect it to the Nexus 7 and for some reason it would and it is making it so I can't tether please help

Is your N7 the 2013 model? if so I have the same problem! On the N7 BT help screen it says the reason it wont connect is because the S4 has not upgraded to KitKat and the BT version in the S4 wont link to the later version. I guess we have to wait for Samsung to send the KitKat upgrade for the S4.
