Bluetooth problems with my HTC one M8, disconnecting and reconnecting to BMW car kit

It was working perfectly but just upgraded software last night and now I have problems. Android version 5.0.1, software number 4.19.61.3 any ideas ??? If you have a BMW and use the blue tooth connection I would advise avoiding the update. !!!!

I had this issue with my Focus. When you're connected go into the Smart Lock settings under security, then "Trusted Devices" and make your BMW a "trusted device." That solved my issue.
