Bluetooth profile issue

When I connect my G4 to my car (uConnect) I can turn of the messaging in the Bluetooth profile, but it doesn't save! So every time I get back in my car and someone sends me a text message it comes across my console in my car. It's really annoying.

I've had this issue with all android phones except the Nexus 6. =(

It's interesting how Bluetooth behaves different with each phone and with each vehicle system. My Nexus 6 would not download my contact information into my Ford Sync system but my G4 did and it works fine. I thought maybe it was because of Lollipop but obviously that's not the case.

I had the same issue with downloading contacts as well. Some of them seem to come over, but not all of them.
