Anyone know what it means/represents?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you live in a single-family home, or are you in an apartment or condo? Remember that the phone might pick up other Bluetooth devices around you, so if you live in close proximity to someone else (e.g. in an apartment) who has Bluetooth devices, your phone might pick those up.

None of those. I'll keep investigating. But, I guess I can just delete it and see what happens.

Oh actually, now that I look more closely at that screen, that's actually a paired device, not just one that's nearby and available to be paired with. So you must've paired it at some point. Do you use a Propeller sensor for an asthma/COPD inhaler? https://propellerhealth.com/how-it-works/
