Bluetooth Shutting Down?

Can anyone give me some ideas on why my bluetooth disconnects after each time I shut my car off? I have to 'pair my phone' every time I get in the car now. Worked smooth for 6 months or so, now not so much. Unfortunately, in that time I have grown dependent on it I am trying to determine if it's my Subaru or my phone.

Has your device received any updates (that you are aware of)? If so, perform a factory reset and try again - be sure to backup data and sync with your account(s).

I don't think it's an issue with your vehicle, but more with the device.
