Bluetooth Song Metadata

Does anyone get metadata song info over Bluetooth? I have two receivers that don't get song / artist data. I tested then with a Samsung Note 2 and metadata works correctly.

In my vehicle it seems to work off and on. I haven't investigated enough to find out which type of MP3 (CD rip, Amazon download, Google play download, etc) had the meta data or if that makes a difference. Will update when I collect some useful data.
