Hey guys,

So I bought a Bluetooth receiver for my car and I found out that the Bluetooth in my phone is all screwed up. It's staticky and crackles through the radio. It's unusable.

I'm told this is a know bug in all AOSP roms. Is this true? I'm running AOKP 4.1 Milestone 1.

If you're running a stock Android rom, let me know if you are having Bluetooth issues, especially with car radios and systems.

Thanks!

No static for me with CM10 and AOKP, but Bluetooth audio is messed up in CM10.1.

Just flashed Liquidsmooth RC 9 today. The bluetooth is working with my blackberry audio adapter in my car as well as the car bluetooth phone. The audio does skip every once in a while, but this was an issue before rooting as well. I did notice that the quality doesn't seem to be as good as touchwiz. It's a little tinny, but not bad overall.

I am currently running clean rom and I had this issue before on Ics and also with clean rom. But it has since completely gone away by itself. No idea what I did but I'm glad it's gone it was awful!

Bluetooth on the GS3 is a bit of a disappointment. I hope they spend some time to get it straightened out. I've had issues with autoconnect and skipping.

I did try AC!D Team audio engine. It helps with audio quality, but I didn't find it to be terribly stable with the AOSP cyangenmod 10 based liquidsmooth.
