Hi,

I have been searching high and low and actually read the entire internet. I have the assorted apps such as Wireless tether for root and have tried many others. They work well. What I imagine is my tab (Galaxy 10.1 and Galaxy Tab Plus) maintaining a constant bluetooth connection to my evo 3d. When I need to browse I simply hit the browser.

The wifi methods consume too much battery and can heat up the phone quite a bit. Anyone have a solution?

I appreciate the effort. I had previously used this app. It worked with my 10.1 but i found it worked quirky may have been because of the evo.

PDAnet is definitely compatible with the EVO 3D, just as it is compatible with the EVO 4G; Sprint just doesn't want us to be able to install it. Why this is I have no clue, since both Klink and EasyTether work with the EVO 3D and they do the same thing as PDAnet.
