Bluetooth Troubleshooting notification on my Pixel 2 every 5 minutes or less. Need Resolution!

I continually get this notification on my Pixel 2 and I'm getting fed up with it honesty. Ever since the latest OS update my Bluetooth has been quirky when trying to connect a new device but it does eventually work. I have restarted the phone several times, as well as rebooted the bluetooth several times. Nothing changes. I do use a Garmin watch which is connect pretty much all the time unless I am running. Yay for watches with onboard music!! Any assistance is most welcomed to save my sanity.

What is the content of this Bluetooth troubleshooting message? Is it your watch that the message is referencing or some other device?
If you reboot into Safe mode does the problem still occur? If so it's probably time for a Factory Reset; attempting to capture and decipher Bluetooth logs is a waste of time.
