Bluetooth Turning Off

Same issue with my note 4 and gear s. Was working fine until 6.o. all my other bluetooth devices work fine.
Just maddening. Verizon has replaced my phone twice. Have done multiple factory resets, gear manager uninstalls, watch resets. Nothing helps, just continues to connect and reconnect. $300 paper weight.

I am having the same issue with Bluetooth turning off on my moto X Pure edition.

Sometimes I can. Turn it right ba k on after it turns itself off. Sometimes I have to restart the phone first.

I have tried restarting the phone, clearing the cache and data on the Bluetooth sharing app. I have also removed a few recently installed apps.

I have had the phone almost a year. And have had Android 6.0 for a long time also. This is a recent issue with the Bluetooth. It appears my next step should be a factory reset, but according to some that does not even seem to help and the problem still comes back. Not sure I want to do that if it is not even going to help.

I'm having the same problem.

Strangely, I noticed it only happens when my Wifi adapter is on and connected. Quite frustrating because I have to use Wifi every time.

At first I thought it was my Bluetooth headset, then I tried a number of others and they would all disconnect intermittently. When on calls, my bluetooth headset would not disconnect. But as soon as I start listening to music or watching a movie, it would start disconnecting.

My bluetooth is shutting off on my L7 and I am at my wits end considering my lg tone is my bluetooth of choice and it has irs own issues!

I just starting having problems too Bluetooth won't stay on. I tried everything but a factory reset, last resort. Turned phone on & off. Took battery out. Clear cache & data on Bluetooth share. Network/Bluetooth reset. Didn't work.
B4 I did a factory reset put phone in safe mode & check if Bluetooth works. MINE DID.
I tried resetting app preferences & that did it.
Go to settings. App manager and click 3 dots go to reset app preferences.

I had this problem with my Nexus 6. SOLVED. Go to settings, location, then click the 3 dots top right, then select scanning, then uncheck the one for Bluetooth scanning.

I have a Verizon Note 4. I have a problem with the Bluetooth turning off by itself. I use a G watch and an app to bypass the lockscreen. It happens randomly a couple times a week.

Anyone else have a similar problem? I may try a hard reset see if that fixes the problem.

Wow! How did you figure this out? I just uninstalled Walgreens, and now BT is working just fine! Before, I couldn't even get it to turn on without re-booting. I'll give it a day or two before I can say for sure that this is permanently fixed, but it so far it seems to have done the trick.. Thank you! I was about to pull my hair out on this one..

Oh I love you!! Sorry, but I've had this issue for the last two weeks, phone would DC Bluetooth every 5 minutes, it got ridiculous! This fixed it for me. Thank you!!

This happened to me too and it turns out that it was the Walgreens app

I cannot thank you enough for posting this! I have been struggling with this issue for over a month now (coincidentally, it started around the time of the last Walgreen's update - hmmmmm). You just saved me from having to factory reset my phone!

This is definitely not the phone. I have many android devices phones, tablets, and smartwatches, and it is doing it on all of them. For headsets, keyboards, car, watch. Ithe is so frustrating!!!!!
