Bluetooth turning on when plugged in

Title says it all. The Bluetooth setting, turns on when I plug in the phone to charge.....

Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Any power-saving modes turned on? If so, that mode might be toggling off your Bluetooth automatically, and when you plug it in to charge, the power-saving mode turns off automatically, thereby turning Bluetooth back on. (I'm speculating here, because I don't have that exact phone.)

No, no power saving modes. I dont use them. Ive checked all of the settings and coming up blank......

You probably meant this too, but I should ask to be sure -- no 3rd party battery-saver apps either, right?
