Hello! I have seen a bunch of similar threads about similar issues, but none the same so excuse me for posting this again but I haven't found a solution.

I upgraded from my S8 to a S10+ over the weekend, once I paired my bluetooth headphones to the new phone and turned them on the volume is on max, if I lower the volume (via the phone, headphones do not have volume control) the volume stays the same, until I go all the way down, then it mutes the volume, one tap on UP and it's as loud as max again.

I use me headphones for around 10hrs a day, 6 days a week and they worked on friday on my old phone perfectly, could adjust the volume as I wanted. Now with the s10+ i have only 2 volume options.. all or nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated, my job is miserable without headphones haha.

Welcome to the forums. I haven't experienced this problem, but there's a developer option that may fix this.

If you haven't already done so, you'll need to enable developer options. Go into the phone's settings > system > about phone, then tap the "Build Number" box about 7 times. You should get a notice about developer options being turned on. Back out to the system options screen and now you should see the developer options button.

Go into those options and look for the setting to "disable absolute volume" and enable it. Its description sounds like it should address your issue.
