Hands Free (Speaker Phone) speaker volume can't be adjusted.

While using the P9P in Hands Free with the speaker selected, the volume can't be adjusted down. All other volume sliders and using the volume buttons work in all other functions (music, recorder playback, etc., but NOT for In Call speaker volume. This is happening on two P9P devices. A chat with Google Help was, well, NO HELP. Send the phones in for repair. Yeah, NO.

Perhaps a T-Mobile software issue? Android issue? Never had the issue on previous Android (non-Google) phones.

Want to verify your phone, call your voicemail number and turn the speaker (hand free) on, see if you can adjust the volume.

ON/OFF toggle next to 'Hearing Aids' under the 'Settings' of the PHONE app (open Phone App, click on the 3-dot menu top right, choose Accessibility, and 'Hearing Aids' with an ON/OFF toggle next to it), switch it off then try again..

After ZERO results with Google chat, and being told to send the phon3s in for repair, I declined and said I wanted to do more research......BOOM, here we are, one response on AC FORUM and issue fixed.
