Bluetooth Volume Changes For No Reason

Hope someone can assist me here. My wife and I both have the m8. Her volume keeps changing whenever she engages her bluetooth. She turns on her bluetooth to listen to her music and it will beep and display, for a few seconds, headset plugged, volume adjusting and then lowers the volume. Then about 10 to 20 seconds later it will display the same thing and raise the volume. 10 to 20 seconds later same display, lowers volume, etc. without stopping until you turn off bluetooth. Suggestions are welcome. BTW, does not happen on my phone.

Hi, same is happening to mine when connected to my vehicle (Nissan Pathfinder) when streaming music via Play access or YouTube.

I thought I was crazy. I don't have a solution, but at least this confirms it is not just me.

For what is worth, I'm on T-Mobile and I think this started after the 4.4.4 update.

Her's is on Verizon and it did start after the 4.4.4 update. She doesn't have any automatic volume apps running so we just can't figure this one out. I'm sure that there is a solution we just need to hope the right person reads this thread. Thanks for the reply.

Completed a factory reset over the weekend. Seems to have fixed the problem. We'll see if it comes back.
