When a call comes in while my V30 is connected to my car via Bluetooth, I have to press the answer button on my car 2-3 times before it actually answers. Not the answer button on the phone, but the car. Has anyone else experienced this?

Have you checked your car dealership to see if there is any updated firmware for your car's head unit?

Nope, mine works great, same car with 3 different phones connected. V30 works just like the rest.. sounds like it's your car. How are you connected? You running Android auto ? Mirror link ? Ford's sync? All have different variables that can interfere with how your Bluetooth is working.

Find the common denominator, and you'll find the solution.

Yes I have the same problem. 2017 Audi S3. My G6 worked fine, but the V30 never connects the first time I hit the enter button, very annoying.

I have already returned the V30, but I have used 3 other phones in my vehicle with no issues. 2015 BMW is not that old. It should support BT 5.
