I'm at a local shop, connected to their wifi. Now I can't get to the internet, apps aren't connecting, email not syncing, etc.
I turn off wifi, and connect via 4G, things are fine. I chalk it up to a router that needs to be reset. I've connected to this router, with this phone in the past, without issues.
Another week, same issues. I tell the owner. He tells me to turn off my bluetooth (?!). I do, suddenly wifi is great again (?!?!). Turns out he also has a Note 5, ran into the same problem at home, researched and found it to be a known issue.
Safe to figure that it will be addressed in an update?
EDIT:
Was going to reply to pool_shark, thought I should pop it up here.
I'm on Verizon, and installed the Marshmallow update. I did the official update through the search for update on the phone, but I did not wait for it to get pushed.
Shop owner ended up getting a replacement (sticky keys and other issues) and won't update to Marshmallow until the wifi/bluetooth is addressed.
