Bluetooth will not turn on

my tmobile s4 will not turn on the Bluetooth. This started about 2 months ago I think about the time I upgraded to 444. If I go to the selector switch and drag it to the right it tries to turn off but bounces back to the left and everything is off. Do Bluetooth radios ever just go bad? Is this something I have to go into the phone and fix? I really missed the opportunity to use in my car for phone calls

So no ideas here? BT still refuses to turn on. Need it for car connect to make calls on the road...
