Bluetooth wont turn on.

My verizon note 5 marshmallow 6.0.1 bluetooth wont turn on at all.
I just got the verizon update a few days ago that did something to the phone. It worked yesterday and now it just turns itself off after I turn it on. Anyideas? Thanks.

Booting in safemode Does allow bluetooth to turn on. Does this men its an app?

Answered: Verizon store figured it out. Fast Fingers McGee. Two apps accessing bluetooth were conflicting with one another in permission. I think he just turned the one off.
