Bluish is letters instead of a black lettering

I received my replacement phone, and I am now all set to the same letters are the "blueish"
Hate to say it.. This one has been me stumped.

Any idea why that is..

I think it's normal , mine is the same
Blue highlight means you running that function or they're available to set ... etc ..

It's a choice .. I like blue highlight ..
