Blurry Video when sending from Galaxy S5

Does anyone know why a 20 second video is perfectly clear, on my end, when I go to text it or even email, its a complete blur to send to someone?
Help!! Switched from iPhone to Samsung Galaxy S5 and love it, but this is my only issue!
