Blurry Videos

I've noticed that whenever I take a video on the stock camera app and then try to upload it to my Instagram Story it is extremely pixelated. Does anyone know if there a fix for this, or an app that can reformat these videos so they post clear?

I checked and the IG story dimensions are 1080x1920 and that is the aspect ratio I am recording in.

Instagram compresses the heck out of uploads - take the picture in a much smaller size if you don't want it to get destroyed - maybe 640X480 (or 480 by 640, depending on how you're holding the phone).
