Blutooth issues

I have the Kia Optima also. For some reason, My Mate 9 will connect and then loose connection. I have not been able to find a solution. My wife's S8 and HTC 10 connects fine.

Thanks for all the help unfortunately I got rid of my Mate 9 because of this issue. Sadly it what I had to do since my Mate 9 was my could sync with my work car

That's sad to hear. What phone did you acquired instead.

Went back to my LG V20 not a bad phone but the Mate just felt better and the camera was awsome.
