I havn't figured out how to make it work yet, I don't think Google home updated yet. Or maybe I just can't figure it out lol.

Try restarting your Google Home - it might help if yours has not updated. Then go to your device settings, "default music speaker" and see if "Pair Bluetooth Speaker" option is showing.
