It's pretty easy to take off actually. Take a penny or a dime and stick it in that slot in the lower right hand corner and twist. The case will pop loose, now just separate the rest of the lower part of the phone (by the capacitive buttons), then lift the phone up out of the bottom part of the case, this will disengage the top part from the bottom part and the phone is free again.

I returned the Seidio/Platinum hard case from Best Buy and bought the Body Glove case from Sprint due to fit issues.
It fits a little better, but it feels very cheap. In particular, the front part of the case over the volume rocker cutout is very flimsy. It bends and creaks whenever I grab the phone.
I am very disappointed with the Body Glove case. It is a poor quality piece of junk that doesn't seem to offer much protection for the phone. Overall, it also ruins the sleek, attractive look and feel of the phone. It's going back as soon as I figure out what else to get. I may just go without a case if I can't find something worthwhile.

I am in the same boat. I bought the Body Glove, it did fit nice, but did feel cheap, especially around the volume control. The top piece now is actually bowing. I tried the Seidio Innocase Surface, and waiting for a replacement, but the loose fit could be a deal breaker. My problem is I put this case on the phone, then put it into the leather HTC case for the EVO from Sprint, which both fit in perfectly, after stretching it a little for a day.
I've had the Body Glove from day 1. Like mentioned before the weak spot is the thin piece by the volume controls. But so far mine is fine. I've even received compliments on how good it looks. I like the nice thin profile and how it fits in my pocket.
The BG case will not protect the phone that well with a hard fall but it great at protecting from every day bangs and scratches. Its a tradeoff of size vs. function.
I have taken it off once just to clean out some dirt, grime, etc and had no problem getting the cover off and back on.
I also bought the Sprint screen protectors.

I originally purchased the body glove case and gave it a shot for a few days. I felt the quality was cheap. The fit was not great...especially near the volume rocker as mentioned by others. For now I have returned the body glove case, and I am trying out the Siedio case from BB for a few days.
I am aware some have had problems with the Siedio case, however I am very much pleased with the fit and finish over the body glove case. Every time I looked at the back of the body glove case I felt like I was looking at one of my kids cheap toys. and the edges always flexed when I was holding the phone. I think the Siedio case has a more refined feel and look to it.
Obviously everyone will have their own taste in cases...but this is my take...

I agree. The Seidio case feels like it's made with better materials. My main problem was that the top half didn't fit well and shifted around a lot.
The Body Glove case's plastic seems flimsy and cheap. The seams creak a lot when I handle the phone. I need to find a coin so I can take this thing off.

I've had Body Glove cases for just about every phone I've had in the recent years. I bought the Body Glove case for my EVO and about three days ago I was standing outside and dropped my phone and the damn Body Glove popped off and my phone hit the ground and took a few bumps and bruises 
I took the p.o.s back to Sprint and bought a gel skin until my Seido case came in the mail. I am liking it so far. Oh yea I am using Invisible Shield on my EVO as well.

BG case is working well for me, but it is a trade off when you consider how nice the phone looks naked. Forget scratches and bumps, the main reason I use it is so I don't have to baby the phone when I put it on a table for the camera's sake...I hate that the camera lens is protruded so much. The BG case lifts the phone higher than the lens, so it is protected
I agree, the camera is the only reason why I'm using mine. The case isn't to bad looking to me, however I would prefer it to be without..
I broke my case! The casing at the front of the volume is broken. Does anyone know the warranty on this?
I have this case and dropped my phone face down, the screen shattered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CASE IF YOU DROP YOUR PHONE.
