Boost RAM

Is there anything I can do to keep my RAM higher? I notice some screen lag from time to time, especially exiting an app and going back to the home screen.

that depends on if your rooted. If you are then you can get an app called absolute system or flash a rom that already has these scripts in it. If your not rooted then I don't think you can do anything about it.

No idea. The OS manages mine and I don't have any lag issues.
