Boot loop with blue screen

Today I got the boot loop to blue screen. I took out the battery and restarted and the same thing. I went to Verizon and the tried a factory reset, safe mode and still nothing. I took it home and after several hours with the battery out tried and it booted up. It started to optimize apps and was counting up them back to the blue screen. Do I have any options as with this phone? I am not concerned with salvaging any data just interested in having the phone work. I also tried a different battery and tried booting while charging and still the same results.
