Ya getting the path right was my screw up, wasn't recognizing fastboot as a command once I figured that out and got the path right it was a joke. Only problem was it wiped my storage so I jade to reinstall all my apps from memory. Now I just have to figure out why ROM manager keeps crashing, I think its because its not asking for superuser. Got a backup and recovery flashed through ROMtoolbox so for now I'm OK.
