Boot Sound?

Awesome teamwork, guys! When you get it all sorted, perhaps post a how-to guide for the folks who might want to implement this? I have no real interest in committing this mod on my custom Opti S--unless I find a sound/image that I can't refuse ;)-- but I might try it just for the experience and exposure to manipulating the files. :) Conversely, maybe a how-to for those rooted stock diehards and junior devs to remove it from theirs...
Using the app from the market "Zedge" there are so many it hard to choose, or you can make you own custom one.

The stock start up boot I believe is in /system/sounds/poweron (atleast in ZVJ 2.3.3). To simply remove the start up sound delete the poweron folder, which is what I did to remove it from DanteRom. To change, in theory just rename any .mp3 audio file to poweron.mp3 and replace the one within the rom before flashing or via a file manager.
This is to easy go to system sounds volume four lines at bottom is System bar just turn it down No more boot up sound it's great
