boot to recovery

everytime i try to boot to recovery..it goes to a screen with a triangle with an exclamation point in the middle of it..am i doing something wrong to get it to start the update screen

If you don't have SPRecovery, you have to hold the volume up and camera button after doing the X + power button

Ahh.. beat me to it. If you're going to install a new Recovery imae, I like SirPsychoS' reco img. 0.99.2b
