Booting into the bootloader every time

Hey guys, i've got a Droid X (not mine, I work at a repair shop) that is booting into the bootloader every time and there's no damage to the volume or camera buttons. I was wondering if anyone has an idea why it might do that? Haha. I'm kind of lost with this. Thanks!

Can you get into AP Fast boot? If so you should try to SBF it using RSD lite.
