Hey, this is a dumb issue I'm having, but I can't seem to find any info anywhere on how to solve it.
I have an evo that came with 2.2, if that makes any difference.
Okay, so I tried to root my evo using the reflash.dmg from the unrevoked website. When I ran the program, it seemed to be working, and it put the phone through the process. I guess I did something stupid and unplugged it because it looked like it was finished. Now, nothing is changed on my phone, and when I try to run unrevoked again, it won't even recognize. I tried doing a factory reset with the recovery screen, but that didn't change anything. Any insight at all as to what I can do?

Not trying to start another Unrevoked war, but this is why we say don't use it. I have no idea what to tell you because nobody knows except the Unrevoked team what it does. So because we have no idea what it does, we don't know what it did until you unplugged it so there's really no way to help. I have no idea what files it may have pushed and no idea what commands it was doing. So your best bet (as it was from the beginning) is just use the sticky. You'll know everything that's getting pushed to your phone. You'll know exactly what's going on because you'll be making it happen. And the best part the support here is top notch. There's always someone here to help if anything happens or if you get stuck. Those are all things you wont get when using Unrevoked. Unrevoked may work for a lot of people. And that's great. But so does the sticky method except the sticky method works 100% of the time. The problem is moments like this, when it doesn't work, user error or not, there's no way to help. With the sticky method there's tons of help. I say give it a shot. I'll be keeping my eye on this section more today just in case you decide to do the sticky method and you need some help. Give it shot! Good luck! Hopefully everything works out and you'll be having some fun with the rest of us :)
