Bottom of the screen more sensitive than top

I have this issue with my Evo...exchanged it and now I find the issue on this new phone. It's not a deal breaker but it is odd. I verified this using the multi touch visualizer app located within the Android market. If u apply the lightest pressure to the bottom of the screen and apply that same pressure to the top while using the visualizer app u will notice that the bottom half registers better than the top.
