Anyone else's One have this? The top speaker is flush with the screen and with the white rim going around the phone but the bottom speaker has a noticeable lip if you run your finger from the speaker to the screen and back again. I've noticed that this happens all the way around the bottom speaker so it's not just in one spot. Anyone else notice this? Just trying to figure out if it is the design or if my unit is faulty. Thanks!

Some of the 1st models have slight gaps and as you say, a lip at bottom, you should be able to get it relaced

I have the same problem; the right side of both the top and bottom speakers is slightly protruding. Could I ask, how do you go about getting those parts replaced? Thanks.

Not sure about the individual pieces. I got the whole phone replaced.

Ok thanks, I just sent HTC an email. I assume this is how you did it too? Gotta love this Zero Gap manufacturing technology.

Mine was the same way on the bottom. It was barely noticable. Mine is going back due to other issues. Hope the new one is better.

Mine has that issue on the top speaker, but it's the screen that's high so I feel like I am going to cut my finger every time I swipe notifications. Highly annoying. Makes me not want to use this beautiful phone. I'll be exchanging it tomorrow.

I went back to the AT&T store and they did an exchange for me.

Same here!!! How can I replace it? Cuz I bought it from singtel, so if I were to replace it, do I go to the HTC outlet or singtel?
Thanks!!!

Mine had that problem I found that pushing down in the screen near the edges appeared to re-seat the glass in that are. I am happy with nine.
