bought a droid x at a verizon store for $200

Okay so i went to a verizon store where i live and i brought $300 with me. I was going to do the smart phone promotion otter
because my contract was up on august 17. At first the representative didn't know about the offerso i showed her the paper. She said that's cool with this offer you get a $100 instant debaters. For those of you that were doig the same thing as me you can get an instant rebate. The droid x is awesome and i typed this on it.

no but yes depends how nice of person you get at store....some people qualified for an instant rebate some people had to send it in....witnessed both this morning.....

At first the verizon representative didnt know what the promotion was. I showed her the paper and she photo copied it incase someone else was in the same situation as me. I didnt think that I could get the instant rebate but she said with the offer you get the instant rebate.

What do did you mean by contract being up? Because if you are between the 20 and 24 month period you get an additional amount off. If your expiring around now that means $100, but people entering this last year and this year its $30 and $50 dependent on phone and plan.

Its probably not an instant rebate. Its probably your NE2 discount.

****ers took me for 300. and have to mail in a rebate for 100. said that the price actually went up $50 more than the Dinc.

It wasn't the ne2 discount i got the instant rebate. Im not the primary line so i couldn't get an ne2 discount.
