bought an Android Nextbook 4.2 Jelly Bean shutting down now wont turn on

[AC Question]

I called Walmart where I purchased this from they told me I had to contact the company but would't help me with any numbers or anything so I'm not sure who I'm supposed to contact but I have a Nextbook Android 4.2 Jelly Bean that started shutting down on us at half battery now it wont turn on at all. I need this resolved by it being fixed or getting a new one. I hope you can help.
