boundary alarm app

I'm asked to put a post-it note on my computer screen every time I leave my office cubicle for an extended period of time. But I can't ever remember to do it.

Is there an app that I can draw a boundary with and the moment I leave that boundary, it will ring?

You could consider getting a Bluetooth tag that you leave at your desk, and pair it with the phone. You could then use an app that alerts you when you get out of range of that tag.
