How did it feel holding it in portrait? One thing I like about my OG EVO is how wide it is. I almost never use my phone in landscape and its easy for me to type on in portrait. It looks narrower in the photos and videos but how does it really compare in the hand? Would it be comfortable for someone with big hands? Thanks.

According to the hands on video, the EVO 3D has a true 16:9 ratio. So even though they are both 4.3", the EVO 3D will have a slimmer and taller screen.

I am guessing it's going to be pretty close to the Droid X which also has a 4.3" screen (measured diagonally of course) that is a bit narrower but longer than the one the Evo has.

Its noticeable but not insanely skinnier. reminds me of the droid x narrowness

Yea its not signifigant enough to effect typing. Try typing on the DX portrait and youll get the feel.

Yea the Sensation and Evo 3D are in a general sense the same phone. Only major difference is 3D, Shell, and they improved the fps on hd video playback on sensation to 30

Yes, it's pretty much the same version from what I could deduce watching both videos of the Evo 3d and the Sensation.

Hey I love the evo but tired of the battery and the chunky size (not great one handed) so would i be stupid for upgrading to the Nexus S 4G I l love how sexy it is. And the EVO 3D looks like a fat thin tape recorder.

The reason i say "stupid" is cuz the stats of the NS4G seam to be "out dated" compared to the EVO 3D.

Well they increased the battery size if thats any consolation. Also its the Same dimensions as the Evo. If you want to have a lot of fun in these forums get the Evo. Expect custom Sense roms out the wazoo:/ I have a feeling you will regret the Nexuss4g

DANG YOU! I want the look of the NS4G with everything else from the EVO...we thanks for the truth thats what I needed to hear. ....ok one more thing ...You think Sprint will get a Galaxy S2 late summer?

Does the back of the 3D made of the same soft touch as the 4G but with ribs?

Also i would think the development of the Evo 3d would be lacking due to the 3d implementing.

Did you notice any way of disabling the "cube" effect when switching pages in the UI? I kinda like the standard swipe personally.
