Are these the same headphones that come with the Pixel 3/xl? or are these different?
I'm still trying to figure out why cell phones aren't sold/packaged with Bluetooth earpieces. I mean, it's the law so why wouldn't that be more important than headphones? I may be in the minority here, but to me a good Bluetooth is much much more important than something to listen to music with.

Keep us updated about those - I'd be interested if they have a good fit, decent battery life and a reasonable price. The new Google Pixel Buds ($159; not these Google Pixel USB-C Earbuds) are wired together and I'd rather not have to deal with that.To add, JBL is releasing a new GA enabled wireless earbud in the near future!
The sound is really good for budget earphones. Decent amount of bass. Listened to Thunder by Imagine Dragons and the music didn't sound too awful, even compared to my Bose QC35s.
They are quite comfy to wear.
The assistant works well. You set it up in assistant settings and she can read notifications for you when they come in. You can choose which apps to be notified of and can hear the notification by clicking the vol up button.
You can make requests which don't show up on the phone screen.
All in all worth the money if you want to go wired and want the assistant features.
Here's a counterpoint review - guess we need to hear from more folks in the forums that have had a variety of earbuds https://www.soundguys.com/google-pixel-usb-earbuds-review-20060/Here is a review for them from The Verge. Seems like they like them!

They do have a lot of bassI wonder why do they add in extra bass for most budget headphones,
In review it's said they are 'Lightweight bass'

Not yet. I will give it a go today and let you knowHave you tried them with your Pixelbook?
The Google Store page only sez, "Works best on Pixel." It makes no mention of the Pixelbook or Slate.
