Brand new S9 headphones in mono only

Hi,

just wondering if anybody else is experiencing this.
Just tried the AGK headphones that came along with my brand new S9 and only the right channel is playing. I tried changing the mono / balance under accessibility but to no avail. I also tried another pair of headphones with the same result. I checked that the jack is pushed all the way in.The problem exists accross all apps and system sounds.

(It's the plug that you pushed in.) It sounds as if the jack is defective. It's covered under the warranty.

make sure the jack is pushed in all the way. my wifes s7 did the same thing and the jack socket was a bit stiff so it needed a big push to get in properly.
or try different headphones.
