Why is only one ear working on my galaxy S7? I first notice this problem when I had head phones psychically plugged into the phone. I verified that it wasn't the head phones. I initially though that the headphone jack was damaged. I then got a pair of blue tooth headphones thinking that I could use them. However, they have the same problem.
I checked the mono settings and it isn't selected and the balance is centered. This has me baffled. The head phone jack has nothing to do with the Bluetooth output, correct?
