Bricked HTC 10 (bootloader reboots)

I think I have total bricked my HTC 10, but just in case anyone knows if this can be resolved I am posting here.

My phone just reboots the bootloader constantly :0(.

Here is what I did:

adb kill-server
adb start-server
adb reboot bootloader

Boot into DOWNLOAD mode

fastboot devices
fastboot oem get_identifier_token

Get code fro HRCdev.com

fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin

reboot into bootloader

fastboot flash recovery twrp.img

boot into download mode
boot into recovery

Wipe data partition
boot into download mode
boot into recovery

Boot phone
twrp install linage os zip - from SD card
twrp install gapps (AMD 64 version) - from SD card

Boot phone

All OK

Android pay not happy! So, I decided to relock the bootloader.

Boot into bootloader
fastboot oem lock

BRICKED!!!!!!!!

I suspect this is becasue it is still S-on and CID HTC__621
