bricked lg optimus m+ need help

hi i have a lg optimus m+ and its bricked. i tried to change the rom and theme to ics 4.0.3. i cant reboot the phone and it does goes into download mood. it stay in with the lg logo on n wont do nuthning else. i hold the volume dwn + the power buttons then when the keys light up i press the home key n let loos the other buttons. it still wont reboot. is there anything i can do to unbrick my phone please help mr. thank you for yor advice
