bricked my new phone! help

Guys I purchased a new android phone that is karbonn titanium s5 plus a week ago.. I rooted it also but after one week that is today I bricked my phone... I downloaded stock rom of my phone n now I have it .. I went to recovery screen to put that rom .. I cant find that file in recovery mode.. Please tell how to get back my OS
I have the stock rom of my mobile with me now what to do? I put the rom in sd card but I cant find I in recovery menu system
