How do I turn off brief pop up settings? Do I just switch to details instead of brief? The edge lighting.

The brief pop up settings wakes up my phone every time I get a text message or a Facebook messenger message

I think it could be draining my battery a little bit.

I read that there doesn't seem to be a way to fix this issue of the phone waking up every time you get a notification with edge lighting.

How do you turn off edge lighting with One iu 3?

Hi

I've read that Edge lighting is a completely enabled or off there's no in between.

Like some others, I dislike that it's waking up my phone when I get a text message or facebook messenger message. I hope that they fix that eventually.

How do you turn off Edge lighting or keep your phone from waking up ?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+.

Try Settings - - > Display - - > Edge Screen - - > Edge Lighting.

No in one ui 3 you have to find it in notifications -- brief pop up settings -- Edge lighting. They moved it.
