Do you guys think, Samsung will make available this feature for our beloved galaxy note 9s, with f1.5 that feature will be handy...

Bright Sight, whatever it's going to turn out to be, isn't going to be Night Sight (Pixel's night function) - that's done in a proprietary Google chip. If Samsung can get OIS holding still for a 10 second exposure, they might come close.

I have a ported version of the Google Pixel 3's software with Night Sight on my Note 9 and I am very impressed. I've ported GCam software to all of my devices since developer B-S-G released his first version for phones running Snapdragon and they have proven to be a nice additional photographic option. Google Pixel software and Samsung hardware make an awesome combination.
